While the emotional wave and the presence of international volunteers in the country at war seems to have faded, we return to where help is needed.

The MEDCare project in Ukraine with which we brought basic healthcare to the civilian population with a mobile medical clinic ended in March 2024, but our presence continues alongside our local partners and the civilian population thanks to the supply missions of medicines and healthcare devices, clothes and basic necessities, which we will continue to carry every 8-10 weeks.

MEDITERRANEA Saving Humans was created in 2018 by individuals, organisations and associations who chose not to accept the deaths and human rights violations committed every day in the Mediterranean Sea. While European governments hindered and criminalised rescue and solidarity, we joined together to put a ship at sea, witness what happens in the central Mediterranean, denounce rights violations and defend our humanity.
We did this while always respecting the rules of international law. Including those that require, where necessary, rescuing lives.
